I am seeing a doctor tomorrow for the HCG shots. I was wondering what other people have experienced with this weight loss method. I keep hearing that you have to stick to the diet but I have no idea what the diet is until I go tomorrow.

Has anyone tried the HCG shots to lose weight?

If so, did you go to a specific diet center?
